hi gary, like your posters about sedentary living. have you heard of the Treadmill Desk? it's designed to fit over an electric treadmill and allow a person to walk 1 to 2 mph while using a computer. i'm thinking of getting one. any ideas? also, i'm planning to try the Peak 8 exercise system using the treadmill (without the desk or computer of course) as recommended by Dr Mercola. only 20 minutes twice a week to exercise all 3 muscle types. whaddaya think? cheers, ginger gee.

I think that it would be too difficult to walk and do serious work at the same time. Standing and sitting, 20 minute intervals would be a better idea. A desk that raises and lowers or just a podium to work at.
